Ahriman's soul resides in the staff since her death. She still uses her power from within to manipulate people that are loyal to her. At some time the staff was acquired by Oriko Mikuni. Whether Ahriman is controlling her or if Oriko acts on her own will is unknown.

The tense is wrong. It's out of date. Presumably Yuma is in the staff and presumably Ahriman is not in the staff anymore. And Oriko sure as hell doesn't have the staff anymore. Smartass confirmed that Yuma was in the staff. If Yuma isn't in the staff, that means Ahriman also tricked Smartass, or that Smartass herself (at least at times) is also a trick on Chiaki. Decu might have also straight up confirmed Yuma being in the Staff and Ahriman not being in it, but I'm not going to spend any more time checking.--Erika's Kneecap (talk) 23:58, 13 April 2019 (UTC)
