The Diary App is a program on Chiaki's handphone. It's entries are password-lock and new opportunities to unlock new entries appear as time (and plot) progresses. A curious thing about the app is that it appeared even after Chiaki's original phone was destroyed by Kirika. The App was likely coded by Malal before her death but the entries themselves may have been written by various people. Each time the app is unlocked, it will allow 2 5-letter password tries before locking again.
