"Being the Witch of Unknowing, she is very cautious. She'd rather have the world do her work for her, and so she built

herself one that actually would. While she won't act as not to make a mistake, she still deeply cares about the world's matters."

Summary

A Witch of a former Warmaster, Karolina Sokołowska. Considering the Twelfth's context, this doesn't actually mean much.

Karolina wasn't terribly strong without the Love Potion's help, and her Witch form is only strong because of it.

Description

  • Abigail is a stylized crusader spider, mostly because of her legs looking a lot like tusks. She has a mane around her head, which is actually made of nimble appendages. She also has a stinger on her butt.
  • Her Barrier is a field of towers suspended in mid-air, connected by stairs and bridges, with pastel-colored spider webs all around, making up both the ceiling and the floor. There is apparently a lot of gore and guts scattered around the Barrier, the source of which isn't explained.
  • Her Familiars are knights with insect wings, some of them sleep in eggs hanged on the webs. White knights, with butterfly wings, and black, with dragonfly wings. They have mock horses as well, and seem to be fighting each other, and move in tactically organized groups, the ones with horses being leaders.

History

Riddle of Witch Flesh

Abigail was hunted down by Martina Twardowska, as described in part 6.

Trivia

  • Following the theme of Karolina personally inspiring herself by Ciri from the Witcher novel series, her Witch is inspired by Coram Agh Tera, the Lion-headed spider god of fateful death. This is a joke not only because of Karolina's context, but because Abigail was a cultist.
  • Jerzy refers to Saint George, Zavisza would be Zawisza Czarny of Gabrov.
