Chiaki Matsuda, is the protagonist and main narrator of Magical Girl Noir Quest. A magical girl with drinking problems, she starts her adventure with a pack of cigarettes with a zippo lighter, some painkillers, a combat knife, a ruined "Shield-thing" and no recollection of who she is or what she's been doing. After renaming herself and heading off to meet up with Mami Tomoe, things get complicated.
