One day, Mami sends Kumatora to the Warmaster's office to inform Kyubey that one of his brothers is calling on urgent business. There, the Warmaster places her hat on the Incubator and asks Kumatora if she feels anything, earning only a confused look.
She offers to take the Incubator to the elevator, but is refused. When making to leave, Chiaki stops her to assist in sorting out things in her new office. Kumatora happily agrees to do everything the Warmaster needs, but mentions that this task would be even easier if there were still any Culexus left.
Chiaki asks her about the Culexus, and Kumatora tells her that she knew a few of them and that they were generally really nice. One of them even helped her prepare for the live fire exercise where trainees are shot with live ammunition to learn to control the pain.
Kumatora confirms that there is indeed only one Culexus left in the Officio, a girl by the codename of Omegon, who keeps to herself mostly. She tried approaching Omegon, but was only ignored.
Some time into the task of looking through the Warmaster's office, Kumatora finds a wall of laminated panties hidden behind a bookcase. Chiaki tells her to fetch cardboard boxes from the logistics department to send them to the former Warmaster, and she energetically dashes off to fulfill the simple mission.
Kumatora soon returns, cheerfully shouting that she got the box for the panties while the Warmaster is on the phone. She mentions for Kumatora to be quiet while on the phone, who sit down and starts putting the folded box together.
Once Chiaki puts her phone down, Kumatora enthusiastically asks if she should take the panties down, who tells her to wear gloves and wash her hands after touching them. She also tells her to take pictures of the collection, for book keeping, and Kumatora gets right into her task.
During her work she discovers panties of Wendy Cooldown, Mary Sue Springfield and Annie May Springfield, which were collected at the same time, and wonders what to do with them. Chiaki tells her to pack them up with the rest, but Kumatora leaves the garment of Wendy Cooldown.
The Warmaster then leaves her office, ordering the young Eversor to keep at it, seal the box and send it to Director Souji of the Siberian R&D base via the logistics department. Full of enthusiasm, Kumatora tells her superior to count on her and plunges herself back into work.
Some time later, Kumatora drives the Warmaster to a date in a coffee shop she frequents, drawn to their strangely named coffee shakes. Once there, she leans back with a portable game console, telling Chiaki to take her time. The Warmaster offers to buy her a coffee, and Kumatora happily thanks her, wishing her luck on her date.
While waiting for the Warmaster, a waiter brings her a coffee shake. Being close to the shop, Kumatora overhears Chiaki turning her date down and the other idols figuratively kicking her out.
Once her superior is back in the car, Kumatora silently drives off, understanding that Chiaki simply needs to get away. More quiet that usual, she tells the Warmaster about the tissue dispenser in the armrest and asks where to take her next, offering to just drive around for a while if she needs to cool off.
Despite her superior's silence, Kumatora figures out where she wants to go and takes her to Charles' Bar. Entering a bar for the first time, she nearly falls off the bar stool, intimidated by the owner's rough bearing. Worried that she might be kicked out for being underage, she is surprised to find out that Charles does not care about his customer's age, as well as serving drinks like strawberry milk and ice cream shakes.
Calming down, Kumatora holds her glass up for a toast and congratulates Chiaki on becoming Warmaster. She then praises Chiaki's ability to handle the idols, mentioning how she nearly jumped out of the car to take control herself to keep the group away from her Warmaster. Chiaki shrugs it off, stating that even Misaka could handle some idols and reminds her subordinate that civilians should not be hurt if possible, but the Eversor insists that the Warmaster deserves more respect.
Chiaki appreciates her concern, but tells Kumatora to keep the events to herself. The bartender places a package that was left by a courier in front of Chiaki while they finish their drinks. Curious about the content, she looks at it only to notice her superior disappearing with it.
Confused, she waits in the bar with another drink until Chiaki returns, telling her to get her to the Officio right away. Ignoring the blood on the Warmaster's costume and the fact that she did not find out what was inside the box, Kumatora quickly finishes.
Later that day, she finds her Warmaster sleeping in her office. After a while she manages to wake her up, mentioning how sleeping like this will give her a stiff neck and explains that she came to replace the skull throne as instructed earlier, maintenance personnel in tow.
Kumatora also explains that Mami sent her to wake Chiaki up and drive her home where everyone is already waiting. At the Warmaster's apartment, she invites her subordinate to tag along for the housewarming party. Quite happy, the young Eversor keeps thanking her.
At the door, they hear what sounds like a gunshot and screaming and, while trying to remain calm and reasonable, get ready for battle just in case. Chiaki knocks at her door and after a while, a wet Mami Tomoe opens, explaining that she was just opening a bottle of champagne.
The blonde greets Kumatora warmly, who has to hit her superior with her elbow to snap her out of a trance at Mami's wet blouse. They enter the apartment and Kumatora greets everyone before joining Kyoko at the food stacked table. When the party ends, she is still sober but really full, awkwardly hugs Chiaki, gets a hug from Mami and leaves.
The next morning, Kumatora drives Chiaki and Sayaka from the Officio to the hotel where their mission of protecting Ruri Kirishima begins.
