==Character History==
Mine Yoshitaka was a medium level manager in his group until he contracted magical girl support from the Ninth Officio for a mission for the Inagawa-kai overboss and was promoted for his success. Despite a verbal agreement of continued cooperation, he never contracted the Ninth again. It is suspected that he works with the Tenth instead.

Looking for more legitimate revenues, the Tojo group created its own production company, attracting idols with highly lucrative deals. They would be popular for a while, but rumors have it that they are married off and disappear, later to be found dead.

===Kirishima & Concert===
Mine Yoshitaka and a group of his goons try to recruit Ruri Kirishima for the Tojo group. They occasionally hire magical girls from the Tenth, this time a Callidus to make their way past mundane security forces.

Ruri refuses their offer as she did before, and Chiaki Matsuda backs her up as a magical girl bodyguard, so the Yakuza leave the hotel without the idol.

At Ruri's concert, Yoshitaka and a group of corporate executives are among the audience, but try to hastily leave all of a sudden. Chiaki has them apprehended and interrogates them, rather violently in case of Mine. He explains that his contacts told him something would happen, but he does know any details. Chiaki knocks the struggling Yakuza out once she has no mre use for him, and some time alter his goons carry him out.

<spoiler show="Full Chapter Summary" hide="Hide Full Summary">Yoshitaka and a group of his men have tried to get Ruri Kirishima to join the Tojo group for some time. When she arrives in Mitakihara for the final concert of her recent world tour, they approach her again.

In front of the hotel, security guards try to stop them, but Yoshitaka holds up a card that seems to burn with a green light and simply walks past them with his henchmen.

In Ruri's suite, Yoshitaka immediately greets the idol and thanks her for the positive influence her presence will have on their economy. Ruri demands to know how they got in and the Yakuza explains that the guards were convinced that the meeting would be quick business. Ruri cuts him off, tells him that she will not sign a contract as she knows what happens to idols in the Tojo group and shouts at the Yakuza to get out.

He tries to appeal to her again, increasing the money offered and ensuring that Ruri will be their flagship idol, who still refuses and insists that he leaves. This is when a black haired girl steps between them. Yoshitaka first tells her that he has no business with her, but quickly realizes that he is dealing with a magical girl.

He wonders if this escort is necessary, bur Ruri claims that their presence already makes this clear. Yoshitaka apologizes that he had to meet the magical girl like this and requests her name and Officio. She refuses to indulge him and insists that the Yakuza leave right away.

The leader composes himself and bows down, holds up his calling card and explains that the Tojo group respects the hard work magical girls do for their business. He then makes to leave, reminding Ruri that she can call him whenever she changes her mind.

On the day of Ruri's concert, Yoshitaka accompanies a group of production executives into the stadium. The security tries to deny him, but the stadium owner all but ushers him and his group in. During the opening number, he receives a call, from one of his contractors. They argue about someone planning to do something in the stadium, and Yoshitaka quickly takes his group to the nearest exit.

Outside, the group finds the tires of their car flat, shot by a rifle. A group of guards invites them in for a cup of tea with Warmaster Matsuda, barely masking the intention to keep them pinned down in the stadium. They lead the executives in one room and Mine in a separate room for interrogation.

After a short while of waiting alone, Chiaki enters his improvised holding cell, finding Yoshitaka surprisingly calm. The magical girl grabs him by the collar, smacks the Yakuza into the wall, forces him to his knees and presses her gun against his knee. She demands answers, but Yoshitaka claims that he is not allowed to talk about his contractors plans.

Chiaki fires a shot right next to the Yakuza, and he yields. Yoshitaka explains that he only planned on visiting Ruri after the concert to apologize for his earlier behavior, but his contractors warned him that another group is in the stadium and waiting for a chance to attack. Magical girls without an Officio under the command of a Prophet, aiming for Chiaki.

Chiaki receives a call on her radio and angrily talks to somebody who apparently belongs to the group Yoshitaka's contractors mentioned, still holding the Yakuza pinned down. He vehemently struggles to get the magical girl off of him, and she slams his head into the wall again, making the Yakuza pass out. He is later carried out of the stadium by his goons, still unconscious when the concert ends.</spoiler>
