==Summary==
Liliana is the [[Witch]] of [[Kamile Ignalina]], former Eversor Rank leader of Twelfth. As she had witched out within the Officio spaces, most of the personnel lives within, and her ascension into an Alpha Witch took everyone by surprise, she had almost wholly destroyed the Twelfth Officio on the spot.

Subsequently, Liliana had been hunted by remnants of Twelfth attempting to clear their name, as well as many Witch hunters of the world. She proved to be extremely resilient and evasive even for an Alpha Witch, and while she suffered several defeats and had to escape, she never had been properly killed.

Eventually, she seems to have become a voyager Witch, coming back to Earth seemingly randomly to feast on fishermen, or a detached group of magical girls out on the sea. Her movement is constantly being monitored, so that collateral damage can be kept at minimum, or a powerful squad of hunters can be arranged in advance. Unless she threatens something important, however, it's already generally agreed that trying to kill her is a folly.

With that said, Liliana actually carries many markings of the previous hunts on her, in the form of old scars, and a few missing teeth.

==Description==
*She looks like a massive predatory fish, rather than a true whale.
*Her Barrier is a sea surface littered with nutshells, with a brown sky and a red sun. The water is full of rusty junk.
*Her familiars are penguins playing various musical instruments.

==History==
Liliana is so far only spoken about by Umika at the beggining of the Riddle, although her example is used as a framing device for the rest of the story.

==Trivia==
*According to her file, she had at least 61 engagements, in addition to the several hundred girls that she had killed upon witching out. She still has a lot to go through before passing a thousand causalites, though she had yet been active for mere four years.
*Liliana's design theme is strongly based on Moby-Dick.
